Return and Refund Policy

At Mana Cacao, every product is handcrafted in small batches with great care and attention. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and if something isn't right, we're here to help.
Food Products
Due to the nature of food products, ceremonial cacao, honey, teas, and other edible goods, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Body Care Products
Unused and unopened body care products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was shipped in error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
If approved, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged shipment.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because we often begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated once processing has begun.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Ceremonial cacao and other edible products
- Honey and botanical food products
- Herbal teas
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Any opened or used products
