Here on Kauaʻi, we work with locally grown cacao when the harvest allows, processing it ourselves in very small, seasonal batches.

We pair what grows close to home with carefully selected cacao from exceptional growing regions beyond Hawaiʻi - choosing each origin for its character, quality, and the way it becomes part of the finished ritual.
